To help with this growing problem in the market, Cell  Phone Technicians can provide used and refurbished handsets at exceptional prices, de-branded and loaded with your carrier settings.  This will positively impact a growing concern for your retail stores, because they can focus on new activations and customers instead of wasting time with frustrated clients already under contract.  Cell Phone Technicians even has a call center in place to handle the entire logistical process involved with dealing with the customer.  And, we even have revenue sharing models that return value back to the carrier for these transactions!

Cell Phone Technicians can also pay EXCELLENT value directly to carriers for any merchandise that has been opened by end users and returned to stores.  Customers often return devices that can not be resold after minimal usage, and our program is an outstanding way to earn a substantial return on those units.  There is a marked advantage to using Cell Phone Technicians compared to other recovery operations. We do not provide a flat payout fee for returned devices.  Other companies that attempt similar programs will assign low payout figures to protect themselves from the percentage of fallout.  We provide a quote based on each unit being 100% functional, and then after the devices are tested at our facility we adjust the price accordingly on the low percentage of devices that did not function properly.  This process allows us to pay a very high value for these units, significantly higher than other standard programs.
